Foods that increase inflammation include – red meats, trans fats, Omega 6 fats, saturated fats, and carbohydrates. Foods that reduce inflammation include – Prebiotic foods or foods that promote the growth of good bacteria in the gut, Probiotic foods, Omega 3 fats and Vitamins C & E.
